The Tropics: Key West

The Tropics: Key West

Nine images of beautiful Key West, Florida, endlessly battered by unforgiving storms, the images are a testament to Key West's charm, beauty, and unique lifestyle making it a magnet for anyone who yearns for warmth, peace, and fun.

Lying near the end of a crescent chain of limestone islands that run 125 miles southwest from the US mainland, the island was first inhabited by Neolithic peoples and then discovered by Ponce de Leon who named it Cayo Hueso (Island of Bones); the name later anglicized into Key West.

Includes a matching storycard and an illustrated storycard offering island history and describing each image in detail. See more of our seaside and photography titles!
